Intro to Pilates: This course includes 18, 30-minute classes which build from beginning to intermediate level Pilates. The classes are intended to be repeated multiple times (at least twice)to help build your foundation of Pilates. You can also take this course as 9, 60- minute classes, depending on what works best with your schedule. Following your purchase, you will have access to this course for 6 months so you can take and retake the classes as frequently as you desire.
